1/2 Cup (8 fl oz) Nonfat Yogurt
1/2 Oz Chia Seeds
1 Tsp Honey
1/2 Cup Blueberries
Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours and up to 24 hours.
