1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1/4 Cup Lentils
1/4 Cup, chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 Tbsp Walnuts
1/2 Fl oz Newman'S Own Low Fat Balsamic Vinaigrette
Cook rice and lentils seperately as per package directions.
Set aside.
Combine cooked brown rice, cooked lentils, red peppers, walnuts, and vinaigrette in a medium serving bowl; toss gently to blend.
