3/4 Cup, cubes Sweet Potato
1/2 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 Dash Salt
2 1/3 Tsp Sesame Seeds
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Chop sweet potato into chunks and soak in water.
Drain the sweet potato and pat dry.
Combine with canola oil, salt and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Place the sweet potato onto a baking sheet and let it bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
