7 Oz Pork Tenderloin
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
3 Clove Garlic
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Fl oz White Wine
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and place in a casserole dish.
Add in the oil, bay leaves, garlic, lemon juice, and the white wine; rub into the meat.
Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Bake the meat with the the juices until fully cooked and internal temperature has reach 155 degrees F; approximately 30 minutes.
