Ingredients

1 Slice (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian Bacon
1 Extra large Egg
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp chopped Chives
2 Tbsp, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Dash Salt

Directions

Heat canadian bacon in a non-stick pan until slightly browned and warmed through.

Set aside.

Mix egg and melted butter until combined.

Chop bacon and chives, then mix together with shredded cheese and salt.

Combine bacon and cheese mixture with eggs.

Microwave for 65 seconds on high (power level 10).

Lightly hit cup against plate to take the mug cake out.

Add extra chives and serve.
