1/4 Grams Whey Protein Powder
3 Cube Ice Cubes
1 Cup Baby Carrots
Place all the ingredients, except ice cubes, in a blender and purée until smooth.
Then place ice cubes and blend just enough that ice cubes don't melt completely.
