Avocado Shake Healthy Recipe

1 Cup Whole Milk
1 Fruit Avocados
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Ice Cubes
1 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Suga


Chill two glasses while you prepare your smoothie.

Remove the seed and skin from the avocado cut in 4 pieces and into a blender.

Add milk, lime juice and sugar to the blender; purée.

Then add 1 cup ice; purée until smooth.

Divide between 2 chilled glasses and serve
