1 Fruit Avocados
1/2 Cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 Medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions
1 Cup shredded Lettuce
4 Tbsp Corn
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Salt
3 Sprig Dill
1 Slice Whole-Wheat Bread
Chop the avocado, cucumber, scallions, and dill.
Mix with the chopped lettuce and the corn.
For the dressing: mix, in a bowl, the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, vinegar, galric powder, salt, and dill.
For the croutons: cut the bread into cubes and bake until they become golden on all sides.
Season the salad with the dressing and croutons and enjoy!
