1 Slice regular Multi-Grain Bread
1/4 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Large Egg
1/4 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper


Toast bread.

Mash 1/4 avocado into spreadable consistency and spread onto toast.

Cook 1 large egg in 1/4 tsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and season with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste.

Cook egg to desired doneness.

Top toast and enjoy.
