2 Cup White Beans
1 2/3 Cup cherry tomatoes Cherry Tomatoes
1 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
4 Stalk Onions
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Place the beans, tomatoes, avocado, and green onions into a mixing bowl.
Drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Gently toss until combined.
Serve immediately or chill overnight.
