1 Medium (3" dia) Apples
1 Medium Zucchini
1 Cup, chopped Kale
1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Fruit Avocados
1/4 Tbsp (1/8 cup) Seaweed
Juice the lemon.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Add ice and water, as necessary.
