1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Extra large Egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine ingredients until a dough form.
Divide cookies into 1 tsp-1 tbsp sized balls on a parchment lined baking tray (about 20 cookies is making 1 tsp sized).
Use a fork to make a criss cross pattern.
Bake for about 8-10 minutes.
Note: even if they look soft and not cooked, when they cool down they will be perfect.
