113 cup (35 g) celery, chopped
2 tablespoons (20 g) onion, finely chopped
2/3 cup (160 ml) fat-free evaporated milk
2 cups (400 g) prepared stuffing
3 cups (525 g) cooked turkey, chopped
1 cup (110 g) low fat Swiss cheese, shredded
1. Heat olive oil in a small skillet; cook celery and onion until soft.
2. In a large bowl, combine milk, stuffing, and onion mixture. Stir in turkey. Pour into a large skillet and sprinkle with cheese. Cook until heated through, about 10 minutes.
