Tomatoes and Green Beans

A different twist on green beans. Goes very well with grilled meat. Definitely you should try it…

Ingredients:

1/2 pound (225 g) green beans
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
1/4 cup (38 g) red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup (40 g) onion, chopped
1 cup (180 g) tomatoes, chopped
1/2 teaspoon (0.4 g) dried basil
1/2 teaspoon (0.6 g) dried rosemary

Directions:

Cook green beans in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside. In a skillet, heat oil and saute red bell pepper and onion until soft. Add tomatoes, basil, and rosemary. Stir in green beans and heat through.
