This is a great Asian side dish but you can also add some meat and serve it as a complete healthy lunch.

8 ounces (225 g) angel hair pasta
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
1/2 tablespoon (8 ml) sesame oil
2 cups (140 g) cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup (50 g) scallions, sliced
1/4 cup (60 ml) Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 cup (104 g) bean sprouts, drained
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a skillet. Saute cabbage and scallions for 5 minutes. Add pasta, soy sauce, and bean sprouts and heat through.
