4 tablespoons (24 g) sodium-free beef bouillon
1/4 cup (60 ml) cider vinegar
2 tablespoons (30 ml) molasses
1 1/2 cups (355 ml) boiling water
1/8 teaspoon (0.3 g) black pepper
1/8 teaspoon (0.2 g) ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon (0.8 g) garlic powder
1/4 cup (60 ml) reduced-sodium soy sauce
Combine ingredients, stirring to blend thoroughly. Pour into jars. Cover and seal tightly. Keeps indefinitely if refrigerated.
