Honey Mustard Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp cup honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

 

Directions:

  • Fire onion and garlic about 3 minutes or until tender in a pan.
  • Add vinegar, water, and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
