1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
1/4 cup (60 ml) red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon (0.8 g) minced garlic
1 teaspoon (3 g) onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons (1 g) Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon (0.5 g) dried thyme
2 boneless chicken breasts
1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a resealable plastic bag and mix well.
2. Slice breasts in half crosswise, making two thin fillets from each. Add the chicken to the bag, seal, and marinate for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
3. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium heat until done, turning once.
