2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
113 cup (80 ml) lime juice
2 tablespoons (6 ml) chopped green chilis
1/4 teaspoon (0.8 g) garlic powder
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 ounces (11 5 g) low fat Swiss cheese
Salsa, for serving
1. In a 9-inch (23-cm) square baking pan stir together the olive oil, lime juice, chilis, and garlic powder. Add chicken breasts; marinate in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes, turning once.
2. Remove chicken from marinade; drain. Grill or saute chicken for 7 minutes; turn over and continue cooking for 6 to 8 minutes, or until done.
3. Top each chicken breast with a slice of cheese. Continue cooking until cheese begins to melt. Serve with salsa.
